Heavy-duty vertical sheet rack is upgraded with reinforced thickened frame and enlarged bearing base, engineered for long-term storage of thick steel slabs, heavy stainless steel sheets and large alloy flat raw materials. All upright columns adopt widened high-tensile steel channel, and each vertical storage bay is reinforced with double-side supporting brackets to evenly disperse heavy load pressure across the whole frame.
Every drawer’s bottom bearing beam uses integral thick steel plate stamping forming, with multi-point supporting structure to avoid local bending under full load. The rolling slide system is upgraded to wear-resistant heavy load roller bearings, stable under continuous high-frequency pull-out operation. Each bay installs independent mechanical lock catch, which locks the drawer position fully after extension to eliminate random sliding during sheet lifting and loading.
